Dictador Parrafo Pardo

Dictador Párrafo is a limited edition of vintages personally selected and created by Dictador's Master Blender Hernan Parra. This result of many years of work resulted in a collection of excellent rums that have been aged in American oak with a finish in sherry and port casks. The outstanding quality of the Romans in this series is a testament to the Parra family's craftsmanship and their multi-generational experience.

 

Aroma: Heather honey, with a hint of cloves, allspice and some sandalwood. Hints of ginger biscuits, strawberry jam and toffee fudge. Orange peel, plum pudding and baked figs.

 

Palate: Notes of palo santo, figs drizzled with honey, sweet red cocktail cherries, expicar and lemon peel with a touch more honey.

 

Aftertaste: A spicy note with some earthy notes and a hint of red chili. Long and warming.
